PPM's or private placement memorandum's are informative legal documents hedge funds file. These documents are long and complex but disclose everything investors need to know about the hedge fund. This is not an exhaustive list but some items included are: risks involved, investor suitability, information on operations, and use of capital.

All of the funds on our database are required to provide a PPM. PPM's are official and considered a stand-alone document.
