Reuters – Gottex Fund Management Holdings Ltd said on Wednesday assets under management slipped 4.6 percent to $8.1 billion in the second quarter, denting its shares, but it saw some positive signs for the second half.
The fund of hedge funds provider said the fall in assets under management was mainly due to client redemptions and partly offset by positive performance.
TradingMarkets.com – Asset manager Gottex Fund Management Holdings Ltd. (GFMN.EB) said Thursday it has been awarded an investment and advisory mandate by Nestle Capital Advisers S.A.
The investment management mandate applies to one of Nestle Pension Funds’ hedge fund portfolios; it will be managed through a customized fund of funds program, focused on relative value and event driven strategies.
Forbes – Gottex Fund Management Holdings Ltd has bought a controlling interest in SJC Capital Partners, a U.S.-based investment management firm.
The fund of hedge funds provider said SJC founder and Chief Investment Officer Stephen Czech and his team would join Gottex’s New York operations with immediate effect.
