Activist Hedge Fund Takes Stake in Former A.D.P. Unit

NYT – CDK Global has been a publicly traded company for roughly a month. But the company, a former unit of Automatic Data Processing, has already drawn the attention of an activist hedge fund.

Sachem Head Capital Management, a $2 billion investor, disclosed on Monday that it had acquired an economic interest in CDK Global equivalent to a 9.8 percent stake.
