50 Cent Gets $200 Million From Hedge Fund Film Partners

New York (HedgeCo.net) – George Furla’s Hedge Fund Film Partners has invested $200 million in actor/rapper 50 Cent’s film company Cheetah Vision, according to Variety magazine.

“The thing about 50 Cent is that, just like in his music career, he isn’t someone who sits around and waits for things to get done. He came to me and said, How do we move quicker on projects? With this new funding, we are able to do that.” Fiddy’s producing partner Randall Emmett said in an interview with Variety.

Emmett, who launched the venture with 50 Cent in 2009, negotiated the multi-million dollar sum for the 10-picture deal backed by the Hedge Fund Film Partners.
