This educational session for Angel Investors and Venture Capitalist was hosted at the Bingham McCutchen offices in Washington DC. A special roundtable on Crowdfunding and the JOBS Act highlighting the recent developments and legislation changes and how this will affect entrepreneurs, angel investors and venture capitalist will be discussed.
