Wayland as Managing Director, with responsibility for all aspects of portfolio management. Prior to his appointment at Rock Crest Capital, Mr. Wayland served as Head of Technology Research and as a Portfolio Manager at Heirloom Capital. Before joining Heirloom, he was Head of Trading and a Technology Analyst at C. Blair Asset Management. Prior to his Wall Street experience, he was a Research Scientist at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. He earned a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
