Biz Journals – The parking lot next to the Omni Hotel was purchased last week, according to public records filed Friday.
Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, a hedge fund and private equity firm based in New York, purchased the lot at 317 Water St. under the name Op Terra Owner LLC for $6.2 million.
