Hedge Fund Advisor Oak Hill Promotes William Bohnsack, Jr. to President

New York (HedgeCo.net) –  Glenn R. August, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. (“OHA”), today announced the promotion of William H. Bohnsack, Jr. to President. Bohnsack has served as the investment management firm’s Chief Operating Officer since 2001 and one of its four senior partners since 2005.

As President, Bohnsack will have expanded oversight of several activities at OHA, including firm management, business development and strategic initiatives. In executing these and other responsibilities, he will continue to work alongside the firm’s other senior partners, including Mr. August, Scott D. Krase and Robert Okun.

His deep investment experience, understanding of credit markets and broad set of investor relationships make him ideally positioned to take on this role. Bohnsack joined the firm in 1993 and was promoted to Partner in 1999. During his tenure, he has served as a senior professional investing in performing and distressed debt, head of business development and Chief Operating Officer. In addition, he co-founded each of the firm’s investment funds and is a senior officer for each of their management entities.

With approximately $13 billion of capital, Oak Hill Advisors manages distressed funds, credit hedge funds, customized accounts and other specialty credit funds.
