BizJournals – Starboard Value LP continues to beef up its advisory board to battle against Darden Restaurants, this time by hiring a former Ruth’s Chris Steak House chief executive officer.
Former Ruth’s Chris CEO Craig Miller joins a growing cast of Starboard advisers who are being hired and paid $50,000 to buy stock in Darden. Other recent hires include Olive Garden executives Brad Blum and Bob Mock, along with Michaels Stores executive Charles Sonsteby.
