HedgeStrategy – Nearly half of hedge fund managers plan to market specifically to institutional investors in the coming year, according to the latest study from Preqin.
It has emerged that 61% of hedge fund capital now comes from institutional investors – an all time high for the sector. With 85% of managers interviewed predicting this figure to continue to rise, adjustments are being made so as to suit the demands of this demographic.
