Goldman CEO reveals one of the hardest parts about his job that he never saw coming

(CNBC) David Solomon may have been groomed for his role as CEO of Goldman Sachs, but there was one downside that still came as a surprise to him. “I’ve counseled CEOs for a long time and have had a lot of CEOs talk to me about what it feels like to be a CEO, and you feel a little bit lonely and a little isolated, and information flows are different. I thought I understood that. When you sit in the seat, it’s really different,” he said in a “Squawk Box ” interview from the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
