HedgeCo uses the Twitter micro-blogging platform to broadcast news as it happens. To get your news straight to your phone follow the following steps.

Step 1: Visit the Hedge Fund News Update page
Step 2: Click on the “Join Now” to create an account
Step 3: Enter your name, email address and a password to finish the process.

Once you finish the process you will be signed up to view all of the hedge_funds updates on the web. If you’re a news junkie (aren’t we all) you will want so set up your cell phone to get text message updates.

To set up your phone click on the “Devices” link, then enter your cell phone number. To ensure that this is your number you’ll need to send a code to the twitter number 40404. 

You should be good to go now! Please be aware that standard text message rates apply.

Now that you’ve signed up to twitter, you will find that twitter is a weird and wonderful place. You might want to follow some other interesting twitter users like John Cleese, Snoop Dogg, Dave Matthews, President Barack Obama, and then some other not-that-interesting people, like yours truly.
